THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2020:
Zone Map Amendment
Case #20-100-00011
The applicant, First Church of Christ Scientist, Rio Rancho, is requesting approval of a zone map amendment to change the zoning from R-1: Single Family Residential to NC: Neighborhood Commercial at 1607 Golf Course Road SE, legally known as Unit 16, Block 83, Lot 57A-1.
These cases will be heard in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Circle.
