Case #20-105-00002
An Ordinance of the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, amending the Rio Rancho Code of Ordinances Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 150 General Provisions, Sections 150.03. 150.04, 150.06, 150.07, 150.08, 154.3, 154.78, 155.22, 155.29, 156.32, 157.04, and 158.14 for the purposes of simplifying and updating language and accessibility to notifications for Planning and Zoning cases in the Code.
Master Plan Amendment and Zone Map Amendment
Request #20-410-00005 and #20-100-00015
Applicant, Rio Rancho Holdings LLC, and agent, Huitt-Zollars Inc, are requesting zone map amendment approval to change the zoning designations to R-4: Single-Family Residential on the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 13 Block 60 Lots 10-21 and Block 61 Lot 7. The applicant and agent also request the Melon Ridge Master Plan be amended to allow such zoning on the subject property listed above.

Applicant, CC Housing, Inc., is requesting approval of a zone map amendment for 7.96 acres of Corrales South, Block H, Lot 16 (4210 Meadowlark Lane SE), to amend the zoning from C-1: Retail Commercial District to R-6: Multi-Family Residential District.
Master Plan Amendment
Case #20-410-00006
Applicant, TDO Development, LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., are requesting approval of an amendment to various design standards within the Tierra del Oro Master Plan.
The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
