PROPOSALS

Sandoval County Public Works Department (Owner) is Requesting Proposals for Landfill Operation Services for the operations of the Sandoval County Landfill.

Proposals for the Project will be received at Sandoval County Public Works Department located at 2708 Iris Road, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, until March 21, 2023, 3:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Proposal for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office during normal business hours (call Issuing Office to verity normal business hours) and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described above.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on January 20, 2023. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
