Subdivision Variance
Case #22-280-00005

The applicant, Arbolera Del Estate HOA, through their agent, Spangler, Pacheco & Werbelow PA, request approval of a subdivision variance to Section 155.41 (M) requiring permanent dead-end streets to be a maximum of 500 feet with a turn-around having an outside roadway diameter of at least 100 ft. The request is to allow for a permanent dead-end street for 29th St SE of over 900 ft.

Case #22-110-00015

The applicant, Gerardo Carrillo, requests approval of a variance to the 15 ft. rear setback and 5 ft side setback requirements for the R-1: Single-Family Residential Zoning District to allow for an existing shade structure at 7065 Albany Hills Dr NE.
