The GOVERNING BODY of the CITY OF RIO RANCHO, NM, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 6:00 pm:

Master Plan Amendment

The applicant, LD Development, LLC., through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., requests approval of a Master Plan Amendment to the Los Diamantes Master Plan to update language pertaining to Section VII. Signage.

Site Plan
Request #22-160-00013

The applicant, Roy Solomon, through his agent, Jon Slagle, is requesting approval of a site plan for a container food court development, Margarita Hill, at the property located at 1882 Westside Blvd SE and 2021 Unser Blvd SE, legally described as Petroglyph Medical Plaza, Block A, Lots 6A1A and 7A1).

The meeting is scheduled in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
