The PLANNING and ZONING BOARD of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:00 pm:

Preliminary Plat Extension

The applicant, Estrella Vista Development, Inc., through their agent Mark Goodwin & Associates, PA., are requesting approval for a preliminary plat extension for the Estrella Vista subdivision to create 28 residential lots and 2 tracts on property legally described as Unit 20, Block 136, Lots 8-17

The applicant, LD Development, LLC., through their agent, Mark Goodwin & Associates PA, are requesting approval for a preliminary plat extension for Phase 2 of the Los Diamantes subdivision to create 270 residential lots and 26 tracts on the property legally described as Los Diamantes, Tract 1.

The applicant, Northern Industrial Investments, through their agent, Isaacson & Arfman, Inc., request approval of a Preliminary Plat to consolidate 6 lots into 4 tracts, grant of easement, and a minor dedication of requested right-of-way for a sidewalk at the property legally described as Rio Rancho Estates Unit 13, Block 112, Lots 13 thru 18.

Applicant, Rio Rancho Holdings, LLC, through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., requests approval for a Preliminary Plat Extension for Melon Ridge to create 157 single-family residential lots on the property legally described as Unit 13, Block 60 Lots 10-21, Block 61 Lots 1 and 3-7, and Block 62 Lots 1-4 and 8-12.

The meeting is scheduled in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
