At this regular meeting, Mesa del Sol Public Improvement District 1 will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering an amendment or amendments to the Second Amended Rate and Method of Apportionment of Special Levy, dated November 13, 2013 (the “RMA”), which amendments may impact the date of attachment of special levy, the Special Levy Requirement for certain Unpermitted Residential Property and the special levy classifications. Specifically, the special levy categories contained in Table 1 of the RMA will be based either on lot front footage, square footage or a combination of lot front footage and square footage, rather than on product type. The proposed amendments will not apply to Montage Units 1 and 2. This notice is being provided, in part, in accordance with N.M. Stat. Ann. § 5-11-13(C).
