The PLANNING and ZONING BOARD of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022:

Zone Map Amendment
Case #22-100-00013

The applicant, AMREP Southwest, Inc., request approval of a Zone Map Amendment to change the zoning from R-2: Single Family Residential and C-1: Retail Commercial to R-4: Single Family Residential and R-6: Multi-Family Residential on the property legally described as Mountain Hawk Tracts 3A and 3B.

The applicant, Hannah’s Run LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc requests approval of a Specific Area Plan amendment to the Sierra Vista SAP to reflect the change in land use from High Density Residential and Neighborhood Center Commercial to Medium Density Residential on the property legally described as Unit 13, Block 17, Tract Park, Block 18, Lots 1-13 and 22-40, and Block 19, Lots 1-19 and 22-40.

The applicant, Hannah’s Run LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., requests approval of the Hyde Park Master Plan on the property legally described as Unit 13, Block 17, Tract Park, Block 18, Lots 1-13 and 22-40, and Block 19, Lots 1-19 and 22-40.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
