The applicant, City of Rio Rancho, seeks to make the following amendments to the Rio Rancho Municipal Code, Chapter 122: Cannabis Establishments as follows:
• 122.04: Location Restrictions, Cannabis cannot be grown in the front yard, as defined in Chapter 154.
• 122.04 (A)(2), clarifying that distances are measured property line to property line including right-of-way.
• 122.04(B), prohibiting as a Home Occupation as defined in chapter 121.
• 122.05: Activity Restrictions, the following language is proposed to be removed from subsection (B): “…motor vehicle, delivery service.”
