The applicant, City of Rio Rancho requests approval of a correction to an existing ordinance that cites an incorrect legal description. The subject property is legally described as CS, Blk H, Lot 16B1 and is located at 4210 Meadowlark Ln SE.

The applicant, City of Rio Rancho requests approval of a correction to an existing Ordinance, No. 13, Enactment 93-011, that cites an incorrect access restriction. The subject property is legally described as U20IP, Blk A, Lot 5A1 and Parcel A and is located at 3650 NM Highway 528 NE and 8015 Montoya Rd NE
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
