THE GOVERNING BODY of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2022:

Master Plan Amendment
Case #22-410-00002

The applicant, JLM Living, LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc, request approval of Master Plan Amendment to the Cabezon Communities Master Plan to update the Land Use Table and Map,

Zone Map Amendment
Case #22-100-00002

The applicant, JLM Living, LLC, through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc., request approval of Zone Map Amendment for Cabezon Center, Lot 4 to amend the zoning from C-1: Retail Commercial to SU: Special Use for Planned Residential Development on 10.6 acres.

The applicant, IPS Solar, through their agent, Jesse Diamond, request approval of a Zone Map Amendment for Unit 21, Tract CC1 to amend the zoning from T-Z: Transitional Zoning to SU: Special Use for Utilities on 5.5 acres.

Case #22-160-00006

The applicant, VIA Real Estate, through their agent, Burkhardt Engineering, request approval of a site plan for a car wash on the property legally described as Unit 17, Block 149, Lot 14A, located on the corner of Northern Blvd NE and NM Highway 528 NE.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
