The applicant, William Paul and Bridget Lea Farless Rev. Trust, through their agent, Torres Law Firm is requesting approval of a variance to the 4-foot fence height requirement within the front setback, as detailed within Chapter 154.77 (D)(1. The proposed fence will be located at 2491 Lacuma Rd NE and will measure 6 feet in height.

The applicant, Esmail Haidari, through their agent, Scott Anderson, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a self-storage facility at the subject property legally described as Unit 13, Block 112, Lots 8-12 & 19-22. The property is currently zoned C-1: Retail Commercial.

Preliminary Plat

The applicant, Lomas Encantadas Development Co., through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., requests approval of a preliminary plat for Lomas Encantadas Unit 1-D Phases 1 & 2 for the property legally described as LE, Tract 12 within the Lomas Encantadas Master Plan.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
