The PLANNING and ZONING BOARD of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2022:

The applicant, Lomas Encantadas Development Company, through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., request approval for a Preliminary Plat to subdivide 18.6 acres of R-4: Single-Family Residential lots, legally described as Lomas Encantadas Tract 12 into 109 lots and 8 tracts in a subdivision to be known as Lomas Encantadas 1G, Phase III.

Vacation of Plat

The applicant, Mountain Hawk East Development Company LLC, through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., request approval for a plat to vacate Nighthawk Rd NE and Hawk Way NE and plat Mountain Hawk Tracts 1A, 2A, 3A, and 3B on 61.37 acres, currently zoned R-2: Single-Family Residential and C-1: Retail Commercial.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
