The applicant, AMREP Southwest, Inc., is requesting approval of a Zone Map Amendment for 5.54 acres within the Mountain Hawk Subdivision Master Plan, from C-1: Commercial Use to R-6: Multi-Family Residential. The subject property is legally described as MH, Tract 21, and is located southwest of the intersection of Unser Frontage Rd NE and Columbine Rd NE.

The applicant, Victory Development, through their agent Consensus Planning, Inc., is requesting approval of a site plan for an auto repair business at the property located at 4705 Sundt Rd NE, legally described as Rio West Business Park, Block A, Lot 2A.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
