THE GOVERNING BODY of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2022:

Zone Map Amendment

The applicant, New Mexico State Land Office, through their agent, James K. Strozier of Consensus Planning, requests approval of a Zone Map Amendment for 9.3 acres of Paseo Gateway, Tract 3; from SU: Mixed Use to C-1: Commercial Use.

Master Plan Amendment
Request #21-410-00007

The applicant, New Mexico State Land Office, through their agent, James K. Strozier of Consensus Planning, requests approval of a Master Plan Amendment to reflect the changes resulting from the concurrently submitted Zone Map Amendment, that would convert 9.3 acres of Paseo Gateway, Tract 3; from SU: Mixed Use to C-1: Commercial Use.

Site Plan Approval

The applicant, Macritchie Storage Ventures, through their agent, Stephen Litsas., request approval of a site plan for an RV Storage Facility at 4900 Rockaway Blvd NE and 109 NM Highway 528 NE.

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
