Zone Map Amendment
Request #22-100-00001

The applicant, AMREP Southwest, Inc., is requesting approval of a Zone Map Amendment for 5.54 acres within the Mountain Hawk Subdivision Master Plan, from C-1: Commercial Use to R-6: Multi-Family Residential. The subject property is legally described as MH, Tract 21, and is located southwest of the intersection of Unser Frontage Rd NE and Columbine Rd NE.
