The PLANNING and ZONING BOARD of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NM will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022:
Variance

The applicant, Joe Rivera is requesting approval of a variance to the 15′ rear setback requirement as listed in Chapter 154.50 R-1, for an existing accessory structure located at 4981 Dream Dancer Dr NE.
Zone Map Amendment
Request #21-100-00020
The applicants, Theodoros and Anastasia Kehagias, through their agent, Steven M. Nakamura, requests approval of a Zone Map Amendment for 0.84 acres at a property legally described as, Unit 16, Block 59, Lots 58A and 59A; from R-1: Single Family Residential to NC: Neighborhood Commercial.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
