THE GOVERNING BODY of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2022:

The applicant, Shady Ventures through their agent, RESPEC, is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for a proposed subdivision containing 68 single-family residential lots, 2 new parcels and 3 tracts on approximately 21.196 acres zoned for SU: Special Use. The subject property is legally described Unit 17, Tracts G1, G2, and SUESMT.
The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
