PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

THE GOVERNING BODY of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021:

Zone Map Amendment
Case #21-100-00018

The applicant, Dawn Davide, is requesting a zone map amendment to change the zoning on Unit 13, Block 128, Lots 15-18 from R-1: Single-family Residential to C-1: Retail Commercial. The subject properties consist of a combined 2.2 acres, and have street addresses of 909, 913, 917 and 921 Colorado Mountain Road NE.

The applicant, Ndidiamaka Okpareke, through their agent, Mullen Heller Architecture, requests approval of a site plan for the property located at 1713 Wellspring Ave NE; legally described as Unit 10, Block 28, Lot 11, for the Olive Tree Pharmacy.

The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
