The PLANNING and ZONING BOARD of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2021:

The applicant, FNA, LLC, through their agent RESPEC., requests approval of a preliminary plat for Vista Montebella Oeste creating 97 lots from the property legally described as Unit 10, Block 24, Lots 63-75; Block 74, Lots 1-8; Lots 1-5 and 14, Block 75; Portions of 22nd Ave SE and Aspen Dr SE.
The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to this item is available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
