THE GOVERNING BODY of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2021:
The applicant, Genesis Care LLC, through their agent Garcia/Kraemer & Associates, requests approval of a site plan for the property located at the 1001 24th Street SE, legally described as Unit 16, Block 91, Tract A for the second phase of the Life Spire Assisted Living Facility.
Zone Map Amendment
The applicant, Las Ventanas NM, Inc., through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc, request approval of a Zone Map Amendment for the property legally described as RRE Unit 13, Block 118, Lots 1-9 and 16A-20A from SU: Special Use for NC: Neighborhood Commercial and from R-6 Multi-Family Residential to R-2: Single Family Residential.
Specific Area Plan
The applicant, Las Ventanas NM, Inc., through their agent, Consensus Planning, Inc, request approval of an amendment to the Broadmoor Drive Specific Area Plan to amend the land uses to Medium Density Residential for the properties legally described as as RRE Unit 13, Block 118, Lots 1-9 and 16A-20A.
The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to these items are available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall or online at rrnm.gov.
