The PLANNING and ZONING BOARD of the CITY of RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO will consider the following matter at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021:

The applicant, AMREP Southwest Inc, through their agent Huitt-Zollars, Inc., requests approval of a preliminary plat for Cedar Hills IV, creating 4 lots from the property legally described as Cedar Hills IV, Tract A-1.

The meetings are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov. Materials related to this item is available for viewing in the Development Services Department at City Hall.
