The PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO, NEW MEXICO, will consider the following matters at its regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021:

Preliminary Plat

The applicant, Mountain Hawk East Development Company, LLC, through their agent, Huitt-Zollars, Inc., requests approval for a Preliminary Plat to subdivide 20.7 acres of R-3: Mixed-Residential Zoning, legally described as Hawksite Tract 38 into 134 lots.

The applicant, Toot’ n Totum Food Stores, Inc., through their agent Modulus Architects, is requesting approval of a conditional use permit, as required within the Cabezon Master Plan, for the siting of a gasoline service station at 2021 Westside Blvd SE

The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 3200 Civic Center Cir. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The public is invited to attend in-person or virtually at www.rrnm.gov.
