Guess what! It is National French Fry day, meaning you can get free fries mostly anywhere!

French fries were invented in Belgium in 1680 and have been a delicacy to our taste buds ever since.

Here are the fast food restaurants that are following this trend:

Burger King

While the chain isn’t offering any freebies, you can get a 9-piece order of Chicken Fries and large fries for $4.

Hot Dog on a Stick

Buy fries in-store or online and get a free surprise.

Jack in the Box

Sign up for text alerts and get a free order of medium fries with any purchase.

McDonald’s

An order of large fries is just $1 when you order through the mobile app.

Sonic

Get a free order of fries or tater tots with any in-app purchase. A purchase is required and only one redemption is allowed per app user.

Wendy’s

Wendy’s is stretching out National French Fry Day with freebies on offer through Friday. On Wednesday, score a free medium fry with any mobile order.  Thursday has been designated Breakfast FryDay, so you’ll get a free small breakfast seasoned potatoes. And on Friday, you can multiply your fries by getting a free medium fry with any size fry order made through the mobile app.
