Investors Phil and Linda Oliveira are suing the former owners of the Blue Grasshopper Brewery, Greg Nielsen and Peter Apers, for a breach in contract, according to court documents.
In August, the brewery company filed for bankruptcy and sold one location.

The owners entered a loan agreement with the Oliveiras and owe $36,650 plus 20 percent per year from Sept. 7, 2018, according to court documents. Apers filed an answer, saying he was unaware of the agreement and Nielsen signed the contract without him knowing.

A hearing is set for 2 p.m. Monday, before 13th Judicial District Judge George P. Eichwald.
