Word has it a Hot Summer Jazz Sandia Chill Concert will be held at the Homestead Village in Placitas this coming Sunday.

Michael Anthony, iconic studio jazz guitar player, will perform with a a group of local and very talented jazz musicians including Paul Gonzales on Trumpet, Milo Jarimillo on Bass, Glen Kostur on Sax, Robert Muller on Keys, and Andy Polling on Drums. Diane Richardson, local jazz songstress and former Berklee College of Music Professor from Boston, Massachusetts, will perform vocals for this jazz themed July Sandia Chill Concert presented by the Canyon Blues and Jazz organization.
Ticket proceeds will benefit the Casa Rosa food bank in Placitas.
Children 12 and under free if accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Adult tickets are $18 plus tax.
Sandia Chill Concerts, presented by Canyon Blues & Jazz, are held outdoors in Placitas at the Homestead Village parking lot near the white Gazebo. Dress according to the weather, bring your own folding chair, and you may bring a picnic with food and beverages. Large umbrellas and folding tables larger than 2′ X 2′ are allowed on the periphery of the main seating area only to allow for unobstructed seating visibility to the stage. Ticket holders assume all risks associated with outdoor concerts. Entrance gates are open 45 minutes prior to the concert start time.
