San Diego State Superstar Jordan Byrd 0ne-day camp

Jordan Byrd and coaches from the Duke City Gladiators Pro Football Organization will show tips with hands-on instruction, Jordan’s Everday Skills Station, contests, free giveaways, and non-contact games in an up-tempo, fun, and positive environment. This camp is for all youth athletes – from beginner to experienced players. Individual awards will be given in each age group. Each athlete will receive: a souvenir autograph from (item provided – outside items not permitted), a photo with San Diego State Star Jordan Byrd, a minted, digitally autographed NFT Trading Card

Rio Rancho Memorial Day remembrance ceremony

The ceremony will include the laying of a wreath to honor the fallen and a 21-gun salute. Speakers will include Rio Rancho Mayor Greggory D. Hull and various military personnel. Mayor Hull will also pay special tribute to a fallen veteran and their family at this year’s ceremony. Military boots representing fallen service members will also be on display at Veterans Park. The boots will be laid out in military formation and will have a personalized portrait of a fallen veteran alongside each one. The boots representing fallen service members will be on display at Veterans Park as a powerful, temporary memorial. Both the memorial ceremony and boot display are organized by Rio Rancho’s own Marine Corps League – Rocky Mountain Division, American Legion Post 118, VFW Post 5890, Women Veterans of New Mexico, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
