Wow! There really is a Jim Owen, District 1 councilor. Haven’t heard anything from or about him since his term started. Haven’t had an answer to emails … nothing. But now that his seat is up for re-election, here he is making a spectacle of himself in public. Apologies to the gentleman who got the scolding and to the councilors from the other districts. Hopefully we in District 1 will elect someone else to represent ourselves; we deserve better.
