Dear city administrator,

Detours are intended to be an alternative rought to get you from point A to point B due to issues with the primary route. Your road crew working on Broadmoor needs to understand that. Here, their detour signs have you turning from Broadmoor onto Fruta, then back to Northern, only to return to Broadmoor. A complete and pointless loop never taking you to point B. Worse, there wer NO signs posted saying road closure prior. Only their arrow sign, left lane closed.

I understand there has been no cure developed for widespread COVID, but at least design detours or a means to bypass construction so you can continue on your way, not to continually loop back to the construction hoping it’s finished just so you can go to your destination.
