COVID-19 hospitalizations are still rising in New Mexico.

The state Department of Health reported on Wednesday there are currently 116 people hospitalized in New Mexico for COVID-19, including 11 patients on ventilators. Additionally, NMDOH reported 32 new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, bringing the total to 7,732 since the start of the pandemic.

NMDOH also reported 935 new cases, with a test positivity rate of about 8.7 percent. From the outset of the pandemic, New Mexico’s tallied 532,240 cases.
