Castle Coffee added an unplanned drive-thru Friday morning as a person trying to back out of a parking spot in front of the store mistakenly had the car in drive and plowed through the glass store front.

Rio Rancho Police Department and Fire and Rescue were quickly on scene and reported no injuries.

It could’ve been a lot worse as the car hit a table facing the parking lot. No one was seated at the table.

“I’m just glad no one was hurt,” Castle Coffee owner  Joshua Castleberry said. “I can get this fixed, but it could have been a lot worse.”
