The Casa De Encantada seniors-only apartment complex that was approved by the Rio Rancho Governing Body in May of 2021 is now under construction.

The complex is expected to have 152 units varying in size and number of bedrooms. It will also include a community center.

So far, only a few units are up and the agency in charge hasn’t listed prices for apartments yet. But they aim to keep it affordable.

The complex is going up near the Home Depot on US 550.

The plan shows there will be at least 198 parking spots for residents.(Courtesy City of RR)
