Best Value Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its first community this weekend in Rio Rancho.
Twilight Homes of New Mexico created Best Value Homes as a brand that is built to create an opportunity for people to achieve home ownership at an affordable price.
BV Homes new community is in Mountain Hawk Estates between James Wall Road NE and Talisman Road NE.
The grand opening celebration runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday from and resumes from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
The party will feature a bounce house and coloring contest for kids and a dog adoption drive with pets from Watermelon Ranch. There will also be food, drinks, prizes and, of course, houses for sale.
