Jan. 27

Karina D. Burciaga, 32, 4600 block of Platinum Drive, was charged with battery on a peace officer, battery on a household member, battery, resisting an officer and attempt to disarm a peace officer at home.

 

Jan. 28

Oscar Ivan Duran, 38, 2600 block of Harvard Drive, was charged with false imprisonment, aggravated assault on a household member with a deadly weapon and battery on a household member at home.

 

Jan. 29

Alex Ryan Rodriguez, 25, 5000 block of Mira Vista Drive, was charged with criminal damage to a household member’s property at home.

Isaac Angel Fabregas, 18, 3700 block of Rancher Loop, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Southern and Unser boulevards.

 

Jan. 30

Denisse Lutz, 31, 1800 block of Regency Park Road, was charged with battery on a household member at home.

Loni Lujan, 38, 600 block of Vancouver Road, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting and felony possession of a controlled substance at Walmart, 901 Unser.

Martin Aaron Dimas, 28, 700 block of 12th Avenue, was charged with felony criminal damage to property in the 1200 block of Sugar Road.

 

Feb. 3

Nisa Duran, 900 block of Marlow Meadows, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle and driving on a revoked license at 300 Unser Blvd.

Russell Kenneth Benjamin, 38, 500 block of Longwood Loop, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Rio Rancho Police Department, 500 Quantum Road.

Samuel Begel, 53, Albuquerque, was served with a felony warrant at Grande and Westside boulevards.

Terrance A. Gandert, 43, 3600 block of Timberline Road, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle and careless driving at Unser and Idalia Road.

Isaac Ray De La O, 31, Albuquerque, was charged with aggravated DWI, open container of alcohol in the vehicle and careless driving at NM 528 and Southern.

 

Feb. 4

Rachel Johanna Kenreigh, 38, 1900 block of Guava Court, was charged with aggravated DWI and speeding by 1-10 mph at Broadmoor Boulevard and Stapleton Avenue.

Sandra Elizabeth Zanfino, 45, 800 block of Ivory Road, was charged with battery on a household member at home.

Ashley F. Ape, 21, Anchorage, Alaska, was charged with DWI, speeding by 1-10 mph and no driver’s license at 2007 Southern.

Anthony Michael Marquez, 38, 3100 block of Jane Circle, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at NM 528 and 19th Avenue.

Desiree Crowder, 22, Albuquerque, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting and providing false information at Walmart, 901 Unser.

Dana Sue Krukoff, 46, 800 block of Rebecca Court, was charged with battery on a household member at home.

 

Feb. 5

Gabriella Rea Anne Palmer, 22, 2300 block of Arlin Court, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon at home.

Lucy Kowalchuck, 56, Albuquerque, was charged with driving on a revoked license at 1446 Unser.

Latoya Tsosie, 28, Santa Fe, was charged with misdemeanor aggravated battery, battery on a household member, disorderly conduct, resisting an officer and injuring or tampering with a vehicle at 300 Unser.

 

Feb. 6

Rebecca Jean Gill, 59, 5000 block of Mira Vista Drive, was charged with DWI and open container of alcohol in the vehicle at NM 528 and Riverside Drive.

William Paul Farless, 47, 2800 block of 52nd Street, was charged with battery on a household member at home.

Wade Jude Thibodeaux, 42, 2400 block of Corvara Drive, was charged with battery on a household member, two counts of resisting an officer and interference with communications at home.

Antonio Gamboa Gandarilla, 20, 700 block of 11th Avenue, was served with a misdemeanor warrant in the 300 block of Tarpon Avenue.

 

Feb. 7

Seth Michael Adams, 22, 3000 block of Cascades Trail, was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting and disorderly conduct at Latitudes, 2401 NM 528.

 

Feb. 8

Charles Vincent Guardino Jr., 51, 200 block of Charlene Road, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at 2505 Southern.

Max Joseph Mullen II, 24, 4600 block of Rockaway Loop, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at home.

Damian G. Esquibel, 45, San Felipe Pueblo, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at Paseo del Volcan and Iris Road.

Nellie Theresa Schirmer, 36, 1600 block of Salt River Court, was served with a felony warrant at Lincoln Avenue and Neosho Road.

 

Feb. 9

Kristy J. Garduno, 43, 1200 block of Havasu Falls Court, was served with a misdemeanor warrant at home.

Celina M. Ramirez, 35, Corrales, was charged with battery on a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member in the 4500 block of Arrowhead Ridge Drive.
