(Albuquerque, NM) – The 2022 Albuquerque Assistance Fair provides on-the-spot assistance directly into the hands of people who need it most. This is the biggest family help day of the year and is brought to you by the PNM Good Neighbor Fund, City of Albuquerque, and the Department of Family Services.

Who: PNMs Assistance Fair

What: The biggest family help day of the year gives immediate onsite assistance to families struggling by offering to pay PNM electric bills, Water Utility Authority bills, get free diapers, free clothing, free flu shots, help for seniors, free food assistance, help with pet care, and much more. More than 40 helping agencies will be there putting help directly into the hands of people who need it the most.

When: Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, from 9 a.m. – noon

Where: Albuquerque High School, Commons Area, 800 Odelia Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102

Cost: Free

Must bring to receive help with PNM bills: (see attached)

  • Proof of income and identification for everyone living in the home
  • Your LIHEAP approval letter dated either 2021 or 2022
  • If no income, then proof of no income is required. Accepted is proof of food stamps.
