The Sandoval County 4-H program has strengthened measures to hold the first statewide “It’s Not Fair” virtual junior livestock shows and auction.

The virtual indoor, small-animal and livestock shows are July 29-31. The virtual Junior Livestock Auction is 4-7 p.m. Aug. 1.

The auction is racehorse style; any bid made one minute prior to closing will extend the bidding opportunity on all entries by five minutes. Final bid closes at 8 p.m.

This year’s virtual auction enables 4-H supporters across the state to participate.

Livestock offered include 20 market swine, 34 meat goats, 12 market lambs and five steers. Arrangements will be made for delivery of purchased livestock.
